Architect

Description of need
Main activities
- Analyze enterprise functionalities
- Identify enterprise applications and their positioning with respect to functionalities
- Guarantee the coherence of the company's information system
- Support PM / PO and development teams in projects;
- Build and present decision files to the Architecture Committee, enabling the choice of the solution to be implemented, in compliance with Architecture and Security
and security standards;
- Evaluate the various possible solutions to meet business needs from the angles of
standard, innovation, budget, planning
- Gather and synthesize information concerning the project, in particular the functional
specification and architecture specification
- Carry out technical studies to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different
options / implementation paths,
- Describe the general, application and technical architecture of the solution
- Contribute to IS mapping (solution and technical mapping);
- Communicate and monitor project progress;
- Work closely with Architects to ensure compliance with standards and identify "off-the-shelf
off-the-shelf solutions or convergence opportunities.

Knowledge :
Project management techniques.
Application mapping design
Design and modeling of an application's solution architecture.
Knowledge of Life Insurance or Finance is a plus.

Technical skills :
API knowledge;
Participate in the modeling and design of the company's IS architecture;
Appetence for graphic modeling and preparation of synthetic presentations;
Implement a quality approach (implementation of best practice guidelines,
implementation of continuous improvement approaches);
Design and adapt communication media and/or documentation according to the
messages and targets;
Analyze changes and their impact, and provide support to the relevant
concerned.
Risk management: map risks and assess their criticality
Design and implementation of the company's architecture repository.

Complementary technical skills (optional but appreciated/differentiating) are :
AGILE methodology, JIRA, Confluence, Archimate, TOGAF
Mastery of a modeling tool such as Archi, Mega Hopex
