Business Analyst

Tasks:
- Take charge of the preparation, facilitation and drafting of requirements, in particular using tools and practices (e.g. story mapping, ARIS business processes, etc.) when conducting workshops with stakeholders.
- Formalize, build and refine macro and user stories in line with the team's agile practices, working with developers to translate business needs and integrate IT issues.
- Accompany the Product Owner and provide input during the scoping phase
- Respond to requests from the Squads and the User Center concerning the use of functionalities and user paths.
- Coordinate and ensure communication with business teams and the User Center, while identifying the appropriate contact person.
- Participate in the development of new requirements with our User Center: write stories, organize workshops, help prioritize in the backlog.
- Manage the application perimeter (maintenance, incidents, solutions) and respond to requests for functional assistance by carrying out a complete business diagnosis.
- Keep product documentation up to date
- Set up product parameters
- Define, maintain and apply the product test plan
- Carry out functional tests, non-regression tests (NRT), validation tests within your scope, as well as transversal homologation tests on several products to ensure consistency
- Draw up business risk analyses in conjunction with the expert.


As a BA, you embody the value of the product and share your vision of it as the person responsible for the "What?", in liaison with the User Pole referent.
You have significant experience as a business analyst on banking and/or insurance products, within a major account or large-scale project. You have experience of product manufacturing cycles and are comfortable working with developers.
