Operations Manager

Mission context
The operations pilot is responsible for monitoring and controlling the smooth running of operations. This includes incident detection.

ATTENTION, we are not looking for OPERATIONS ANALYSTS, the profile sought will not have any technical action to carry out.

Objectives and deliverables
We're looking for someone to provide application supervision via Grafana and take charge of incident routing.

This role does not require direct technical action, but rather the management of incident follow-up. In-depth investigation of incident origins will be handled by other team members, notably the developers.


We have no specific requirements in terms of experience, but are looking for someone with good analytical skills, ideally from a "grande école" (e.g. INSA).


The position is due to start at the beginning of May, and the work will be carried out entirely from home (full remote).
