2. Mission:
- Define the operational model in detailed mode and prepare a reference to help communication and information exchange between teams.
- Lead the program's operational committees and provide regular updates on the progress of each stream.
Monitor global issues and act as a facilitator between the various teams.
- Participate in the definition of the various metadata required for searches and queries in the data catalog and natural language tools.
- Contribute to the drafting of the project roadmap and prioritize topics on the basis of the business benefits/effort ratio
- Ensure communication and acceptance of data products to be delivered in collaboration with business teams.
- Coordinate and/or produce a dimensioning of resources and means (human, physical, technological) for optimal implementation of streams.
- Propose solutions for continuous improvement (in terms of organization, resources, means, operating methods, etc.).
3. Skills required:
- Knowledge and ability to apply standard project management methodology for planning and scope, as well as for obtaining quality deliverables for data warehousing projects.
- Ability to coordinate all departments contributing to the project: business, architecture, data platform, CMA CGM business lines, IT applications, data governance, business intelligence.
- Very high level of understanding of business challenges and the analytical solutions that can be envisaged and implemented.
- Coordinate all sub-projects by providing the management tools needed to plan tasks throughout the data product construction chain.
- Monitor the governance of sub-projects to ensure compliance with commitments on deliverables, planning, costs and quality.
- Regular reporting at management level to highlight decisions to be taken, problems and risks, and associated remediation plans.
- Fluent English (French is a plus).
- Similar experience in data project management with modeling and structuring of analytics-oriented data architecture would be a plus.
4. Technological environment :
- Data catalog and data quality tool in the definition phase and Collibra operational in its current state
- Snowflake database with DBT for data warehouse construction
- Qlik Sense as data analysis tool
5. Expected deliverables (non-exhaustive list):
- Project planning and follow-up, in compliance with company quality standards
- Project monitoring committee reports
- Resource and budget planning
- Formalization of committee documentation
