Job description

Objectives and deliverables
- Propose technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the functional needs
needs of our internal customers.
- Participate in sprints by taking charge of story development on ITSM,
SPM modules, and occasionally on App. Engine as part of projects or evolutionary maintenance.
- Take charge of defects reported during acceptance phases.
- Support internal teams in the resumption of developments.
