Project Manager

1. Context :Within the IT Operation department of the Direction des Syst�mes d'Information, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) Vessel IT service, aimed at carrying out the following project(s):�- Cross-functional governance of project management activities.�- Implementation of consolidated reporting for management and operational teams�project contributors�- Act as a reference for standard Vessel IT processes.

2. Mission :�The PMO in charge of the service mission will ensure coordinated action on the part of the departments likely to be involved in the project(s) listed above, thus enabling their successful completion.�- Structuring and assisting in the management of the various projects�- Create processes for newcomers to the organization�- Create and implement indicators�- Monitor IT budgets, KPIs, quality and risks (Run and Project)�- Manage IT equipment purchase requests and logistics follow-up�- Be a driving force behind continuous improvement processes.

3. Required skills :�- Knowledge and ability to apply standard project management methodology, enabling budget, schedule and scope control, as well as quality deliverables.�- Ability to report regularly to management level, highlighting issues and risks, and associated remediation plans.�- Lead project governance, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.�- Ability to synthesize, popularize and communicate with all types of interlocutors.�- Fluent English (French is a plus)�- Leadership and sense of responsibility�- Rigor and autonomy�- Ability to synthesize and identify key points and elements of language�- Ability to report and alert�- Good communication skills

4. Technological environment : - General IT knowledge (Infrastructure, Backup, OS, Hardware, Anti-malware, PCs...)�- IT Project Management.�- Jira/Office 365 (Teams, Planner..)�- ITIL / ITSM and production services.�- Knowledge of Maritime IT is a plus.

5. Expected deliverables :�- Reporting, operational and budgetary indicators�- Creation of IT purchase requisitions�- Consolidation between requisition and billing
